Ava Lee Scott is an actress, born in Brooklyn, New York. Her mother is Brazilian and her father is Italian. She speaks Portuguese fluently. Ava studied at the Lee Strasberg Theater Institute, and is a graduate of the Sanford Meisner Conservatory programs with William Esper (2001-2004) and Maggie Flanigan (2007-2010) in New York City. She also trained classical theatre at Southampton College with Alec Baldwin and Shakespeare at The Will Geer Theatricum Botanicum with Ellen Geer in Los Angeles. Ava’s first television experience was in New York Undercover (1994). She’s acted and was a stunt performer in several notable TV Shows and Films, including; NBC’s Law & Order: Criminal Intent (2001), AMC’s Dietland (2018), Amazon’s The Tick (2017), Netflix’s The Good Cop (2018), Darren Aronofsky’s Noah (2014), Joss Whedon’s Avengers Assemble (2012), Tony Scott’s The Taking of Pelham 123 (2009), Michael Cuesta’s Tell-Tale (2009), The Shoemaker (2012) and most recently, opposite Paul Giamatti in Showtime’s Billions (2016).
