Tracy Reed was born on September 21, 1941 in Barnet, Middlesex, England as Clare Tracy Compton Pelissier. She was an actress, known for Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb (1964), Casino Royale (1967) and UFO (1970). She was married to Bill Simpson, Neil Hallett and Edward Fox. She died on May 2, 2012 in West Cork, Ireland.
