Vanessa Walsh has been acting on stage since she was 8 years old. She appeared in musical theater productions her father, David Walsh, directed from the age of 8 to 14. In high school she was captured by Shakespeare’s work and that began her love for storytelling. Vanessa played Hermia in A Midsummer Night’s Dream the following year, one of many roles she graced in the Bard’s cannon.

Vanessa has been working steadily in Vancouver in film and television. Her most recent work can be seen on The CW’s The Flash. Other credits include: Syfy’s Van Helsing and Olympus, the CW’s Supernatural and Life Sentence, and the feature film Best Friend’s Betrayal.

Vanessa trained in London at The Globe Theatre, with The London International School of Performing Arts and graduated from The University of Minnesota/Guthrie Theatre BFA Actor Training Program.
