In her early childhood it became increasingly evident to those around her that Kristy Dawn Dinsmore was a performer in every sense of the word. Her infectious energy and fervent passion for the arts was undeniable and primarily expressed through a successful dance career from which she stared at the age of 3, throughout her training she received numerous scholarships and awards including The Melanie Desiling award for most promising dancer and at the age of 16, Kristy had turned both a professional dancer and actress where she danced for the Royal Caribbean Cruise line followed by multiple Grey Cups accompanying a variety of successful artists including the Black Eyed Peas while simultaneously booking a significant role in the film Storm Cell where Kristy portrayed a young Mimi Rogers as her first on screen role. Additionally, she was of the select few chosen to perform at the Vancouver 2010 Olympic closing ceremonies. Kristy went on to land a variety of films and TV shows, and headlined a Comcast Xfinity Super Bowl commercial and additionally local shows in her home town of Vancouver, Canada such as; Rogue, Supernatural and Loudermilk to name a few. She has most recently starred as the character ‘Amma’, in the 5th and 6th season of the Global Hit TV series Vikings.
